Clients can also call (508) 452-6159 to get started. Appointments are scheduled directly with our team and are confirmed only after confirmation from us. Submitting a referral request does not schedule an appointment.

After we connect, the client can complete registration and insurance paperwork through our TherapyNotes client portal.

We provide outpatient therapy and groups. We do not offer medication management.

Please do not put a patient’s name, date of birth, diagnosis, insurance number, or clinical details in the callback form. Our team will arrange a secure method for sharing patient information.
